Hebrew Hidden Letters

The HEBREW HIDDEN LETTERS series was part of several series of acrylic paintings designed to portray, through the use of illegible texts, persistent world chaos. I created the series in 2023, when I was 94 years old. In the present series, the illegibility is due to the fact that a "veil" is superimposed on the letters. These paintings were created via the ancient art of stenciling. I used two stencils for each painting, one for the letters and the other for the veil.
